The Observatory signature house espresso is finally here! Many months in the making to create what could be called the “Sun”. Too be honest am not a big fan of blends, I guess that’s why I wanted to make sure it was actually something special. A sum, greater than the parts. In short, it is a rich, vibrant and sweet espresso that excels at cutting through milk-based drinks. Great crema every time.

The espresso shot itself is balanced with a complex natural sweetness and juicy lemon-lime accent. Romano anyone? In milk drinks it is very caramel, vanilla chocolate and apple fritter with a sticky sweetness that leaves you wanting more.

As the sun comes up it reminds you its time for your first cup ;P

AROMA (DRY) // Cocoa, cloves, cinnamon, caramels, blackstrap molasses, dried golden delicious apple

AROMA (CRUST/WET) // Vanilla, milk chocolate, caramel toffee sweetness, fresh apple fritter

TASTING NOTES // Vanilla bean, milk chocolate, caramel toffee, caramel syrup, yellow honey, apple fritter, pie spices, lemon-lime citric acidity. Complex espresso that has a unique richness while still being comforting and easy to drink. Vanilla chocolate finish.
