“Kamala” means lotus as well as pale red in Sanskrit. Like a beautiful, complex lotus flower emerging from the darkness this amazing decaf is full of unique red and black fruit flavours and exhibits an inherent natural sweetness. Although this is a single varietal cup, the anaerobic natural processing method and trial-based inoculants have truly created an experimental masterpiece.
Great for all brew methods; also including cold brew and makes an outstanding affogato that reminds me of watermelon jolly ranchers! Best. Decaf. Ever.
