Sweet Yellow is a sweet and tropical, yellow fruit forward coffee. Amazing espresso & milk drinks, but also delicious as a pour-over or filter brew.

Daterra Farms is a sophisticated operation. The coffee-producing systems have turned the farm into an intensive network of lots, all monitored individually. Many have automated irrigation systems which deliver optimal nutrients and water to the plants themselves.
At harvest, Daterra will send out team members to different lots to evaluate the cherries. They harvest in small batches and strategize on when to harvest each individual varietal to ensure peak timing.
